Cependant, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est diff\u00e9rente :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Un casier judiciaire permanent<\/strong> devient souvent un obstacle au retour \u00e0 l'emploi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">De nombreuses entreprises <strong>rejetent automatiquement les candidats<\/strong> ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9s, quelles que soient leurs qualifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Cela cr\u00e9e une <strong>double peine<\/strong> : l'incarc\u00e9ration, suivie de l'exclusion \u00e9conomique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tude de cas : litige civil et refus d'embauche<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenons le cas d'une personne emprisonn\u00e9e pour don<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une v\u00e9ritable culture philanthropique n\u00e9cessite :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Transparence<\/strong> : les dons sont directement vers\u00e9s aux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Autonomisation individuelle<\/strong> : encourager les citoyens \u00e0 donner \u00e0 titre personnel plut\u00f4t que par l'interm\u00e9diaire d'institutions bureaucratiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u00c9liminer les inefficacit\u00e9s<\/strong> du syst\u00e8me traditionnel \u00e0 but non lucratif.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion : b\u00e2tir une societe juste et compatissante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p
